Documents Required to fill NEET 2023 Application Form: 

• Passport size photograph: Candidates will need to upload a recent passport size photograph of themselves as part of the application process. The photograph should be in JPEG format and should not exceed 100 KB in size.

• Signature: Candidates will also need to upload a scanned copy of their signature as part of the application process. The signature should be in JPEG format and should not exceed 100 KB in size.

• Class 10th certificate: Candidates will need to provide a copy of their Class 10th certificate as proof of age and date of birth.

• Class 12th or equivalent examination mark sheet: Candidates will need to provide a copy of their Class 12th or equivalent examination mark sheet as proof of educational qualification.

• Identity proof: Candidates will need to provide a copy of their valid identity proof, such as their voter ID, PAN card, Aadhaar card, or passport.

• Category certificate (if applicable): If the candidate belongs to a reserved category (such as SC, ST, OBC, etc.), they will need to provide a copy of the relevant category certificate issued by the competent authority.

• PwD certificate (if applicable): If the candidate is a person with disability (PwD), they will need to provide a copy of the relevant PwD certificate issued by the competent authority.

It is important to note that all the documents uploaded as part of the NEET application process must be in JPEG format and should not exceed 100 KB in size. Candidates should also ensure that the documents are clear and legible, as they will be used for verification purposes at a later stage.
